The Cross in St Kilda is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen.
We’re after someone with strong pub cuisine experience who can deliver hearty, comforting dishes while keeping our Scottish, Irish and British roots alive.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
• Strong knowledge of pub-style cooking
• Ability to lead a team and run a busy kitchen
• Passion for quality food
